
Officers of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) on Tuesday, 11th May, 2021 and Friday, 14th May, 2021 underwent screening and were educated on mental health issues.

The two-day programme was held in collaboration with the Accra Psychiatric Hospital under the topic “Sound Mental health; a Prerequisite for Productivity at the Workplace”. Management of EOCO appreciates the importance of sound mental health promotes efficiency at the workplace amidst the prevalent suicide rates within the security services.
The Office was privileged to have two Residents in Psychiatry, Dr. Richard Dei-Asamoa and Dr. Emmanuel Azusong to take officers through mental health talk and screening.
