MR. SHADRACK YEBOAH OBENG
Shadrack Yeboah Obeng is a brilliant lawyer and a Partner at Obeng-Manu Law Firm, one of the oldest and most established Law Firms in Ghana with some of its products now serving as justices of various Courts in and outside Ghana including the former president of the ECOWAS Court, Hon. Justice Edward Asante, the late Justice Obeng-Manu Jnr and His Lordship Justice Alexander Osei Tutu, Justices of the Court of Appeal of Ghana.
Shadrack Yeboah Obeng joined the Firm in 2012 for his Pupillage, when he was called to the Ghana Bar Association, and has risen through the ranks to his present position as Senior Partner. Shadrack provides general practice services to individual and corporate Clients as a Solicitor and barrister, with key strengths in Corporate and Commercial Law, Labour Law, Contract Law, Land Law and Conveyancing, Intellectual Property Law, and Criminal and Civil Procedure Practice.
Shadrack has an unparalleled reputation in the field of litigation due to his great advocacy and persuasive skills and also worked as a Part-Time Lecturer at the Business School of the Garden City University College in Kumasi from 2012 to 2016, where he taught Company Law, Labour and Industrial Relations Law
Shadrack Obeng-Yeboah is a lawyer whom clients trust. He is dependable, focused, firm and results-oriented. Shadrack is currently the Secretary of the Ghana Bar Association, Ashanti Region and a Member of the National Council of the Ghana Bar Association. He is a product of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and of the Ghana School of Law, where he obtained his first law degree and his professional law qualifying certificates, respectively. He is married with children and speaks English and the Twi Language.
