Acting EOCO BOSS 5

Message from our AG. Executive Director

Hello Friend,
Welcome to the official page of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO). Our organisation, which begun as the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) in 1993 by an Act of Parliament (Act 466), is a public institution. The establishment of EOCO (formerly SFO) was necessitated by the fact that our existing laws and institutions were not adequate to detect, investigate and prosecute complex frauds and economic crimes in Ghana.
